JAY BURRAGE PRESIDENT
Meet Jay, the President of Burrage Roofing, where he leads Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Supplier Management. A proud Native Texan, Jay brings a strong sense of service from his upbringing as the son of a retired Navy Senior Chief. Born in Waco, Texas, and raised as a 'Military Brat,' Jay's family settled in Tyler before calling San Antonio home, where he graduated from high school. Hailing from a distinguished military family, Jay fulfilled his childhood dream by proudly serving in the United States Army, specializing in Air Assault operations as a member of the esteemed 101st Airborne (Screaming Eagles) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Following his active duty, Jay continued his commitment to service by serving in the National and Texas Guard.
With a career spanning over two decades in roofing and home restoration, Jay's expertise is complemented by more than 30 years of Project and Account Management. Driven by his dedication to community service, Jay co-founded Burrage Roofing. The company stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment to the Greater San Antonio and Austin areas. Jay leads a team of local, honest, and dependable individuals, collectively sharing a passion for delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship to the community.
MARK BURRAGE MANAGING PARTNER
Meet Mark, the Managing Partner at Burrage Roofing, where he spearheads Finance, Marketing, and Business Development initiatives. Born in Tyler, Texas, and raised in San Antonio, Mark is the youngest of six boys and the proud son of a retired Navy Senior Chief. After completing his education in San Antonio, Mark embarked on a 25-year career in Financial Services, obtaining executive education certifications from prestigious institutions like Stanford and Harvard along the way. His journey led him to USAA, where he spent two decades overseeing mortgage products, market strategy, sales, and digital transformation. However, driven by his passion for serving customers, Mark co-founded Burrage Roofing as a family business, dedicated to providing top-notch service and roofing solutions.
Outside of work, Mark is the proud father of three children, who inspire him to continuously strive for excellence in both his professional and personal life. Mark is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner and competes as a Purple Belt under the tutelage of legendary BJJ Competitor and Instructor, Professor Rodrigo Pinheiro.
